XFITONWAY offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Canada and USA (excluding applicable taxes and PO Boxes).

International shipping available and will be decided from which fulfilment center in order to boost shipping times

Returns and exchanges

All orders are thoroughly checked for quality assurance before shipping out. Shop worry-free with our simple return process. If you’ve changed your mind, start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item(s) that are in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories to facilitate a return and refund.

​Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
 We will refund the full cost of the merchandise if the return is in new or unused condition, a result of our error, or a defective product. Due to the nature of these products, and hygienic reasons, a partial refund may be given for opened or used products.

​Opened or used products, or any items marked as Non-Refundable/Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.   

 Shipping Costs on Returns: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return cost of shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable.


If you placed an online order and would like to exchange or return a purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package via email at We will then send you exchange/return instructions.

​​Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition, and include all factory packed accessories, warranty card, paperwork, and manuals. Please take special care when opening products shipped in plastic clamshell packaging as we may be unable to accept a return for items with destroyed or damaged packaging. Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to XFITONWAY with missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender at their expense. The product serial number must match the serial number in our database.

Returned merchandise must be double boxed and properly cushioned, with no writing on the manufacturer's box. We will not, under any circumstances, accept a return that uses the original box as the shipping box. Please ensure your filled-out return form is included in the package. To ensure a smooth return process please ship items back with tracking to our store address. It is important to save the tracking information and have the correct store address to ensure all merchandise is properly sent back to us.

​​We encourage customers to use Canada Post to return items so there won't be any import fees (import fees are charged when using FedEx, UPS, or Purolator). If a customer chooses to use a carrier other than Canada Post and import charges are billed to XFITONWAY, the customer is responsible for these fees; the amount will be deducted from the refund. We strongly advise customers to use a track-able shipping method for their own protection.

​Returned merchandise that is lost due to untraceable shipping methods or damaged due to improper packaging during transit is solely the buyer’s responsibility.


We offer wholesale services internationaly from one of our 3 warehouses located across the globe. Application will be reviewed by the sales team and you will be contacted  provide more information if approved.

We have tons of stock in our warehouses across the world. For customization and larger orders you will be looking at 25 days for full manufacturing 

Our minimum wholesale orders start at 50 units

Yes absolutely! We do not tolerate any price dilution of our product. We regulate the price to stay on top of the market and make sure our R&D team has funding

Depending on the end location we will decide which warehouse would reduce cost and lead times for you
