WARRANTY

​XFITONWAY offers a One-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on all of our Massage Guns for defects in material and workmanship.

​If there is a defect with one of our products you may contact and send it to us for our professional review. Upon inspection, if it is indeed deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will send a replacement. If we receive the massage gun and it does not have a manufacturer’s defect the customer can have it sent back to them at their expense.

 

 WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

​This limited warranty is effective only if the device is purchased and used in Canada or the USA. This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer's instructions; loss of the device; normal wear and tear; alterations; or overuse.

 Returns due to human error will not be accepted, such as dropping on the floor, tampering with product, inappropriate usage, use with power outlet other than the one provided, or water damage. Other issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Postage is not refundable. Proof of purchase is required.
